Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from more than one supplier management and procurement job family applying independent, specialized technical expertise to support a wide range of business objectives
- Activities include, but are not limited to, the development, integration, implementation, and execution of multidisciplinary business processes
- Works cross-functionally with internal and external customers, suppliers and employee across all levels to carry out responsibilities
- Applies process management and improvement techniques
- Uses problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to develop innovative and expedient solutions to problems
- Facilitates work teams, provides training, and interfaces with internal organizations and external customers with regard to project planning, problem resolution, and process improvement
- The role demands a focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment
- Candidates must also display strong judgment, leadership, and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and departments in a diverse environment
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience in as a Supply Chain Professional and/or Management experience in a production environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience working with multiple cross functional groups
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience presenting to and interacting with all levels of the organization
- Ability to effect change
- Knowledge of MRP systems, SAP preferred
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain or other relevant course of study
- MBA or Master’s Degree highly preferred
- Knowledge/experience with manufacturing and manufacturing processes
- APICS, CPIM, CSCP or other industry certification
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Governance and compliance background including experience with AS9100 or other external audits

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $109,450 - $167,850
