Lucid is seeking a
Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to support the Plant Supplier Quality team in Arizona. - Supplier Partnership: Establish clear expectations and maintain strong supplier relationships that enable open communication, accountability, and shared quality outcomes.
- Launch Readiness: Support new-product build events and supplier transitions into mass production, ensuring quality risks are identified and addressed before they affect production.
- Continuous Improvement: Transfer lessons learned across programs and use data to strengthen supplier processes, quality controls, and production readiness.
- Executive Visibility: Create regular reports for senior leaders that communicate supplier performance, team KPIs and OKRs, key risks, recovery plans, and improvement strategies.
