  • Identify and elevate subcontracting risks, gaps, and dependencies across the capture lifecycle, partnering with Contracts, Legal, Pricing, and Technical solution teams to ensure timely resolution. Provide regular executive-level risk briefings.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and artificial intelligence tools to evaluate supplier performance, detect misalignment between subcontractor commitments and customer requirements, and forecast pricing or compliance risks
  • Prepare and deliver briefings on subcontract strategy, partner positioning, pricing insights, risk posture, and recommendations to senior leadership, capture teams, and color-team reviewers
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts across the Growth organization by refining subcontracting playbooks, templates, workflows, and best practices. Mentor junior team members and help elevate the overall quality of subcontracting contributions.
  • Ensure complete, timely, and accurate documentation and reporting within GDIT's source-to-pay, capture, and proposal systems. Strengthen data quality and visibility for leadership across the pursuit lifecycle.
