Corporate Communications team as a
Senior Strategic Communications Manager. About the roleIn this high-impact role, you'll be the go-to communications partner for our Chief Operations Officer and their Technology and Operations organization, turning strategic messaging and concepts into visually compelling slides and communications.
What you will do- Presentations: Craft compelling, visually powerful presentations that command the room - from board of directors' meetings to business reviews, parent-company briefings and org-wide town halls.
- Content: Write, edit and polish everything from emails and internal news articles to Microsoft Teams posts and PowerPoint decks, ensuring they are always clear, accurate and on-brand. Partner with leaders to shape talking points, champion Symetra's Style Guide, tackle ad hoc communications, and keep the org's SharePoint home page fresh.
- Meeting/Event Planning: Help bring internal employee-centric events to life, including town halls, business reviews, operations summits, technology conferences and all-manager meetings.
- General Support: Jump in on communications activities for org projects and initiatives wherever you're needed most.

CompensationSalary Range: $96,700 - $161,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
