Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing equity and ESPP programs in fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech firms.
• Proficient in stock plan management systems such as Workday, ADP, and Fidelity.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including use of pivot tables and complex functions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate international tax compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency.
• Implement strict compliance controls and conduct equity reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to manage stock-based compensation modeling and filings.
• Monitor global tax regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risks for international employees.
• Provide expert support to executives in preparing materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
• Create and deliver employee education programs to clarify equity structures and enhance the value of Total Rewards.
