About the JobWe are looking for an experienced
Sr. Stock Plan Administrator to own the day-to-day operations of our global equity incentive programs, including stock options and restricted stock units ("RSUs"), with employee stock purchase plans ("ESPPs") on our roadmap for the future. This role goes beyond administration: you'll evaluate our current processes and policies, continue to build a scalable, right-sized stock plan program to support the company's growth, and develop communications and employee education programs along the way. We are looking for someone who wants to uplevel our equity function, not just maintain it.

The US-based salary range for this position is $102,500-$150,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You'll Do- Oversee and evolve the company's global equity compensation program and ensure compliance across our dual-listed structure (ASX and Nasdaq) while keeping it right-sized and built to scale
- Process option exercises and RSU vesting releases, partnering closely with HR and payroll
- Manage the company's capitalization table and perform reconciliation of records across Finance, HR, and Payroll
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of equity data and record-keeping in Fidelity
- Partner with HR, Legal and Payroll to ensure accurate mobility tax treatment for equity vesting across all countries
- Deliver prompt, courteous service to equity participants, including senior executives, board members, and to cross-functional partners.
- Develop employee education materials and communications, leading the creation of new content and delivering trainings and information sessions across various platforms
- Prepare executive compensation and beneficial ownership tables for the annual proxy statement
- Administer the Insider Trading Policy and its associated processes, accounting for trading windows and restrictions across both listings
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for Section 16 Form 3/4/5 filings
- Manage external relationships with the equity plan management platform provider and transfer agents
- Oversee special initiatives and projects, such as launching new equity programs (e.g., ESPP) and improving processes and systems
What We're Looking For- 8+ years of general and programmatic stock administration experience at a U.S. public company, ideally within a SaaS growth environment
- Experience building a scalable stock program for a public company, including launching an ESPP
- Strong attention to detail and organized project-management skills; ability to self-audit for data integrity and accuracy, including reviewing the work of others
- Proven experience with automating manual work or improving process efficiency
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to present to executive management, answer questions from employees, and discuss technical issues with our vendors
- Familiarity and openness to using AI tools to streamline and automate manual processes. Experience with Claude is a plus.
- Active CEP certification preferred, but not required
- Experience with Fidelity PSW is a plus
