Senior Associate, Reconciliation
We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Reconciliation to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania
In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
0Complete in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, perform complex root cause analysis, and execute on recommendations
0Lead reconciliation engagements across business areas, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes
0Review and oversee technical testing and implementation of reconciliation software; conduct complex testing and validate implementation code
0Review, analyze, and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
0Bachelor9s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
05-7 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred
0Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses
0Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing performed by junior staff
0People leadership experience preferred

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee9s eligible dependents.
