Job Title: Senior Specialist, Program Finance Job Code: 44715 Job Location: Londonderry, NH Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off Job Description: Integrated Vision Solutions (IVS) is looking for a highly motivated program finance professional with strong business acumen to support its Londonderry NH location. This accomplished self-starter would be responsible for analyzing and reporting on all key financial aspects of the site including cost and revenue, partnering closely with Program Management and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support execution of program and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong program finance professional who can manage complex assignments with general oversight, communicate effectively across functions, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial performance and reporting.
Essential Functions: - Set up and maintain projects, service orders, and production work orders in ERP systems.
- Prepare and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs) in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor program costs and analyze labor, material, subcontract, and ODC performance against budget and forecast.
- Perform variance analysis for sales, profit, cash, and EAC drivers, and communicate key insights to leadership.
- Review labor and material charges and coordinate required cost transfers or corrections.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and close activities.
- Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve financial issues and support program execution.
- Support internal financial compliance and customer financial reporting as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial processes.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Finance.
Preferred Additional Skills: - MBA or Graduate Degree strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively across functions and with leadership.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficient in MS Excel and database analytics - to allow continuous improvement on tools and processes (i.e Pivot Tables, Business Intelligence (dashboards))
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - focus on defining future scenarios and/or operational actions
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with Cognos, Costpoint and SharePoint, or similar
