Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and maintains automated processes for extracting, transforming, and validating data from various sources.
  • Develops, codes, maintains, and optimizes scripts and workflows for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Applies statistical and analytical techniques to evaluate operational and program data, identifying trends, risks, and actionable insights.
  • Ensures data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all analytical and reporting deliverables.
  • Designs, develops, codes, and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations using analytical, statistical, and visualization tools to deliver scalable, automated and repeatable analytical solutions.
  • Communicates complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Translates complex data and analysis into actionable insights that inform program/project direction and leadership decisions.
  • Defines and evaluates program and operational effectiveness through performance metrics and KPI's.
  • Quantifies the impact of interventions, identifies root causes, and recommends improvement opportunities.
  • Provides data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes, efficiency, and customer or field experience.
  • Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with internal clients, business partners, and field organizations through consistent, visible, and proactive engagement.
  • Serves as a visible, trusted analytical partner, reinforcing collaboration, responsiveness, and confidence in data-driven decision making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience performing data analysis.
  • Experience using a variety of data tools and software.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and developing scalable data solutions leveraging Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure accurate results.


  • Experience interfacing and collaborating with data analysts, data engineers, data governance, or other technical resources


  • Experience in data extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation utilizing SQL, Python, Snowflake, DataSphere or SAS


  • Experience with software development lifecycle


  • Experience making recommendations to streamline and optimize business operations


  • Experience with Copilot and other AI platforms.

  • The position's work mode is remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion.
