The OpportunityThe Content Creator is a hands-on multimedia producer responsible for taking ideas from concept through production and post-production. This is an end-to-end creative role for someone who can independently plan, capture, edit, and deliver compelling visual content across a range of formats and channels.
Working within Ally's Content Studio, you'll help bring the team's creative vision to life through high-quality photography, video, motion, audio, and digital content. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Content Studio, creative partners, marketers, communicators, and business stakeholders to create work that is strategically aligned, visually engaging, and production-ready.
This role is built for a maker. Someone equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing timeline, on a shoot, or developing the best approach to tell a story. While video production is a primary focus, projects can span social content, executive communications, brand storytelling, event coverage, photography, interviews, motion graphics, and emerging content formats.
The Work ItselfThe Work Itself- Own creative projects end-to-end, from concept development and production planning through capture, editing, and final delivery across photography, video, motion, audio, and multimedia content.
- Produce high-quality visual content for marketing, brand, communications, executive, event, social, and digital channels while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Create and edit motion graphics, visual assets, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Apply strong technical and creative craft across camera operation, lighting, audio capture, color correction, and post-production workflows.
- Contribute creative ideas and production approaches that balance storytelling goals, audience needs, budget considerations, and timeline requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, communication, and attention to detail throughout the production lifecycle.
- Partner with marketers, communicators, designers, creative leaders, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into compelling visual stories.
- Support production planning activities including scheduling, location coordination, talent management, equipment preparation, and vendor or freelance partner coordination when needed.
- Help maintain and evolve Content Studio production standards, workflows, asset management practices, and emerging creative capabilities.
- Stay current on visual storytelling trends, production technologies, AI-assisted creative tools, and platform best practices to help continuously improve Content Studio capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in photography, video production, multimedia content creation, or related creative disciplines.
- Experience supporting enterprise, brand, marketing, executive communications, or corporate storytelling initiatives.
- Experience across both photography and video production disciplines.
- Experience directing on-camera talent, interview subjects, executives, or employees during productions.
- Familiarity with DAM platforms, content libraries, production management tools, and collaborative creative workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted production, editing, asset management, or creative development tools.
- Portfolio required demonstrating strong visual storytelling skills across video, photography, motion graphics, or multimedia projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience operating professional production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and supporting production tools.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, composition, typography, color, branding, and storytelling.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both creative and non-creative partners.
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept through final execution with limited supervision.
- Ability and willingness to travel on a quarterly basis to events with film-making equipment as needed

Base Pay Range$70,000.00 - $120,000.00
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
