We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join a small global Corporate Investigations & Insider Risk team responsible for protecting the company's people, operations and data. This is a broad, hands-on role. You will conduct complex investigations while also contributing to prevention, awareness and programme development. The team does not operate as a ticket-based queue - individuals are expected to take ownership of outcomes, improve processes and help mature the overall investigations capability. The role operates across corporate investigations, fraud, misconduct, whistleblowing and insider risk matters. Insider Risk is one component of the function rather than the sole focus. You will partner closely with HR, Legal, Privacy and Security teams worldwide. This role suits someone comfortable operating in an evolving environment where priorities shift and initiative is expected. What You'll Do Corporate & Employee Investigations • Lead end-to-end internal investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, whistleblowing and fraud-related matters • Conduct sensitive employee interviews and assess credibility and intent • Analyse evidence from business systems, communications and other available sources • Support escalation decisions and investigative strategy Data & Insider Risk Investigations • Investigate data misuse and suspicious activity • Assess behavioral context alongside technical indicators • Work with technical teams to interpret logs and activity where relevant Programme & Prevention • Translate investigation findings into preventative actions and controls • Contribute to awareness and training initiatives • Help develop investigation playbooks and standards • Assist in refining detection scenarios and response processes Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Privacy and Security stakeholders • Support global investigations outside your region when required • Mentor junior investigators and improve case quality What We're Looking For • Experience conducting corporate, compliance, fraud, or internal investigations • Strong interview and investigative reasoning skills • Ability to balance behavioural context with available technical evidence • Comfort handling sensitive employee matters • Ability to operate independently and adapt to changing priorities • Comfortable moving between investigations, prevention activities and awareness initiatives within a small team • Willingness to work with technical teams to refine alerting and detection approaches Candidates may come from technical security or traditional investigative backgrounds; strong judgement and the ability to assess behavior and evidence holistically are more important than a specific technical specialty.
