Senior Specialist, Team Lead, Client Processing

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Team Lead, Client Processing to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Provide team leadership for the day-to-day operations of the client processing support team.
  • Lead the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team, developing and scheduling appropriate levels of staff.
  • Direct staff to maximize their ability to function effectively as a cohesive team and provide support to business and technology managers.
  • Monitor account workflows and processing issues to identify systematic patterns requiring adjustments to policies and procedures; provide support, consulting, and problem resolution activities.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7+ years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Experience handling complex client inquiries and requests, training staff in technical tools and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Proven people leadership skills with responsibility for a small client processing team and supervisory review and approval actions.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
