Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing,to join our Fund and IS Client Ops team. This role is located in Boston, MA.

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Provide complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems, solving complex problems based on deep system knowledge.
  • Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service and issue resolution, including regular meetings to address and resolve problems.
  • Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure products accurately and efficiently process high-value transactions, integrating in-depth area knowledge with industry standards and practices.
  • Support lower-level client processing roles and contribute to the achievement of related teams9 objectives; may allocate and check work and perform specific supervisory review, training, and approval actions.


To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • People leadership (if applicable): May allocate and check work of other team members and be responsible for supervisory review, training, and approval actions.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
