In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Performing User Acceptance and integration Testing (UAT): You perform functional and regression testing, defect management, support implementation to production, training to stakeholders and post implementation support. You are also the first line of support for UAT issues encountered by team members.
  • Production support: You are the liaison between technology and business operation groups as a first level of escalation for issues encountered on functional BAU processes or system issues.
  • Stakeholder in Agile Scrum team's sprints: You provide your expertise during the requirement building (stories) and will enrich and control QA functional testing within sprint cycles.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree required. Graduate degree preferred.
    • Finance or have a strong interest in Finance highly preferred
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred.
  • You are autonomous, eager to learn, have good problem-solving skills and are not afraid to challenge/be challenged.
  • You ideally have experience with UAT testing/Agile practices/Defect Management and/or have an affinity with the technical processes.
  • An understanding of the Global Custody Business, SWIFT messaging and Collateral Management & segregation business is an asset.
  • You have a degree in Finance or have a strong interest in Finance.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
