Senior Solutions Consultant – Healthcare

TheOmnissaSAspecialist is a high impact, very visible and inspirational role in driving the adoption ofOmnissaproducts and solutions in large scale Healthcare accounts as well as influencing product improvements and the new products/solutions thatOmnissabrings to market.
What Youll Do
- Engage with healthcare clients at many levels(Solution Architects, VPs,Directors of IT, and Technical Administrators);building relationships, evangelizingOmnissasolutions, and providing domainexpertisetoassistin closing business
- Participate in pre-sales effortsincluding:technical sales presentations, architecture design discussions, daring displacement, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops
- Analyzes customers business and technologyobjectivesby asking probing questions that are meaningful to the customer to collect information that enables the sales team to be more effective and responsive to customers needs
- Craft and propose custom solutions that differentiateOmnissasoftware and services, and meet customers requirements and objectives
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge ofOmnissaand domainexpertisewithin technology subject area
- Assume the role of an advisory team leader organizing a team of domain authorities, collaborating on issues and solutions as well as collecting information on industry trends, customerrequirementsand competitive analysis
What Youll Bring
- 4+ years ofTechnicalpre-sales and/or consulting experienceor equivalentindustry experience
- Experience with serveradministration and configuration (ex. Windows Web Server,ActiveDirectoryand cloud directory services such as Okta and Entra ID)
- Possess a strong knowledge of Enterprise Architectureand Design
- Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
- Strong listening,reasoningand objection handling skills
- You are effective in working both independently and in a team setting
- You are a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills along withexcellent time management
- Healthcare industry experience - EMRs, Security, Administration, End User Computin
- Flexible Travel up to 50% of the time
- Strong background in Desktop Virtualization: VMware vSphere,OmnissaHorizon, Citrix; Microsoft RDS
- Have proventrack recordof working with mobile technologies from AirWatch, MobileIron, Microsoft and or Citrix
- Experience with configuring and deploying mobile device platforms
- Experience with Identity Access Management systems
- Experience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment,configurationand management
- Windows Enterprise Administration

Education:Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
This role is eligible for commission and the typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) range isUSD $149,550 - 249,250per year. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
