JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a candidate for a Senior Software Engineer position to join a strong, collaborative team and apply technical skills to enable investment processes to become more effective. As a member of the Investor Modeling Technology Team, you will help build and enhance portfolio manager-facing applications across the full stack.
You will help drive the integration of AI-assisted development practices and emerging technologies into investor-facing workflows and tooling. You will tackle compelling challenges alongside exceptional technology and investment professionals, solving problems through cross-platform and data-driven work.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and work on a variety of assignments with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 90,000 - 180,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
