Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of software development experience in C/C++ on Linux/UNIX, embedded, or Windows
• Proficient with modern tech stack: Qt/QML, Node.js, Golang, React, Typescript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker
• Familiarity with IPC, RPC, sockets, A/V players advantageous
• Knowledge of networking protocols: Ethernet, ARINC 429, RS-485, I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN
• Experience with package managers like npm, Bower, or Webpack
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, creation, development, and improvement of software features
• Build and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and system-level tests
• Triage, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Take ownership of software quality and drive continuous improvement
• Provide accurate estimates and deliver on commitments with transparency
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams for design implementation and approvals
• Engage actively in meetings and technical discussions
• Coordinate with teams to ensure product success
• Prepare and present technical concepts clearly
• Help improve SDLC and organizational processes
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to the software team
