Senior Software Engineer for Cloud Gateway
Futurewei American Storage Lab is looking for a talented software engineer to help building the cloud gateway software product partner with Ceph.
Job Responsibilities
Design, build and implement the Cloud Gateway products with local and remote teams;
In this role, the individual will work collaboratively and closely with various partners and team members (U.S. and overseas);
Job Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise storage area development;
• Minimum 5 years' experience working with cloud service providers.
• Deep understanding of enterprise storage system and Cloud architectures;
• Deep understanding of system design and distributed systems.
• Previous experience working with open source software like Ceph is a plus;
• Development experience multi-cloud (AWS/Google/Azure etc) environment is a plus.
• Previous experience working on open source software is a plus.
• Multiple year's strong coding experience using Golang/C/C++/Python.
• Strong problem solving skills.
Solid team spirit, excellent coordination and communication ability
