Your role in our missionDesign your career for growth, new possibilities and refining your valuable skills:
- Develops software system testing procedures, programming and documentation to ensure standard use of procedures.
- Provides input for documentation of new or existing programs to ensure information accessibility, as required.
- Designs, develops, troubleshoots and analyzes software programs.
- Customizes software based on research and customer needs as appropriate.
- Coordinates and facilitates communications with other departments and/or commercial vendor(s) to investigate and resolve software matters of significance and to ensure proper functioning of systems.
- Attend meetings and maintain communication with management and customers regarding status of software development and problems.
- Become a knowledgeable technical lead on large projects involving a particular software package(s).
- Provides the customer base with first level on-call support
What we're looking for- 6 or more years of Software Engineering, Operating Systems Programming experience with Unix, C, Scripts, SQL, and web servers. Design and Coding.
- COBOL and Mainframe knowledge is a plus.
- Use of Git and Github.com is a plus.
- Experience with source code debuggers.
- Solid in writing SQL queries/Data Analysis skills for Troubleshooting and Validation
- Comfortable Supporting Production Issues, Defect Analysis, Data Investigation and End-to-End Testing
- Provide on-call support to help resolve production issues.

October 30, 2026The pay range for this position is $76,100.00 - $108,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
