State Fund's Special Investigation Unit (SIU) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Supervising Special Investigator II. In this position, you will lead a team of investigators and front-line leaders responsible for conducting complex and sensitive workers' compensation insurance investigations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in investigative work, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor front-line leaders who oversee teams of special investigators, providing guidance, oversight.
• Oversee the coordination and management investigative assignments, ensuring timely and thorough completion.
• Develop and refine processes within the Special Investigation Unit.
• Monitor metrics and prepare detailed reports of findings to senior leadership.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners as well as the law enforcement community.
• Leading and overseeing multiple strategic projects.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations governing SIUs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards throughout all investigative processes.

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, or related area
