Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or Graduate Degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• 5+ years of direct ServiceNow involvement, with multiple implementations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with scripting and ServiceNow development concepts for code assessments.
• Proven collaboration skills across business, security, and software teams.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS in multiple modules, and CAD are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to create effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead assessments to identify the need for custom development versus utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Define technical designs and data models in accordance with platform architecture.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure build activities align with design expectations.
• Guide configuration, workflow design, integration planning, and data migration efforts.
• Act as a liaison between the ServiceNow Platform Team and other departments to maintain architectural consistency.
• Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including backlog refinement, testing, and deployment preparation.
