Position Summary:

Your Impact (Essential Duties)
• Coordinate department workflows, projects, and administrative functions to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met.
• Support the partners and directors with scheduling, reporting, client service, and tracking of key initiatives such as process improvement,
technology adoption, and resource planning.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, department documentation, and data within internal systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and administrative teams to streamline cross-departmental communication and resolve operational challenges
quickly.
• Facilitate onboarding and training logistics for new hires and helping ensure employees have the tools and resources they need to
succeed.
• Contribute to the firm's culture by helping plan team meetings, events, and communications that strengthen connection and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes and provide recommendations to service line leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to Service Line Administrators and administrative team members, sharing best practices and helping ensure
consistent execution of processes.
• Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership
Your Background
• Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles - preferably within professional services such as accounting, legal,
or consulting.
• Strong attention to detail and a talent for keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software or workflow tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across levels and departments.
• A proactive mindset - you anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
