Job Summary:

Delivers complex technical project and program management assignments independently, applying advanced expertise in program planning, cross-functional coordination, and risk management within pharmaceutical distribution technology programs. Drives agile practices and fosters trust, transparency, learning, and continuous improvement through conducting healthy Agile ceremonies that include backlog refinement, planning, iteration reviews and retrospectives. Works on large-scope technical programs with minimal supervision, resolving most delivery challenges independently. Communicates with engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders to manage delivery commitments and drive program outcomes. Responsible for making substantial improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drives agile practices and fosters trust, transparency, learning, and continuous improvement through conducting healthy Agile ceremonies that include backlog refinement, planning, iteration reviews and retrospectives.
  • Develops integrated program plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, and governance routines that maintain delivery visibility and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinates cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum.
  • Delivers program risks and issues by applying structured escalation frameworks and facilitating decision-making with appropriate stakeholder involvement.
  • Produces executive-ready program status reporting, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings that communicate progress, risks, and required actions.
  • Drives improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards to improve execution quality and consistency.
  • Guides less experienced project managers on planning methods, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.
  • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment
  • Strong experience with budget, team and project management
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
