SUMMARY Triveni Bio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist to join our Biology and Translational Research team. In this role, you will lead image-based biomarker analyses and drive the experimental design and execution of cell-based and ex vivo preclinical models. RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead image-based biomarker analyses using HALO to support biomarker analyses
- Design and execute experimental cell-based and ex vivo preclinical models
- Oversee external research activities, to meet timelines, deliverables, and data quality with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) or academic collaborators
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS- Ph.D. in molecular biology or related a related discipline with 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
- Extensive, hands-on expertise in image analysis utilizing HALO.
- Solid background in Immunology and Inflammation indications, with a strong preference for specific experience in atopic dermatitis.
- Familiarity or expertise in mechanistic cell-based and cell-free assays to investigate type 2 immunity, including immune cells, mast cells, IgE biology, cytokine modulation, and other relevant pharmacodynamic readouts.
- Proven track record of effectively managing Contract Research Organizations (CROs), external vendors, and academic collaborators.
$67 - $72 an hour
The posted range reflects the current reasonable and good faith estimate of the base salary for this full-time position. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role, geographic location and other organizational needs.
