• Develop, maintain, and assess Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 and other Government-approved scheduling tools.
• Conduct independent schedule assessments to identify critical path activities, near-critical paths, float erosion, resource constraints, and execution risks affecting program milestones.
• Analyze contractor schedule performance, baseline integrity, network logic, and schedule health to identify emerging risks and recommend corrective actions before impacts occur to cost, schedule, or technical objectives.
• Evaluate manufacturing, supplier, test, software, logistics, and airworthiness activities to assess schedule impacts and support proactive risk mitigation.
• Perform schedule diagnostics including critical path analysis, baseline versus current assessments, schedule health checks, margin consumption analysis, duration compression studies, and what-if scenario modeling.
• Assess contractor recovery plans, corrective action plans, and schedule mitigation strategies to determine feasibility and likelihood of meeting program objectives.
• Integrate schedule, technical, manufacturing, logistics, and Earned Value Management (EVM) data to provide comprehensive program execution assessments and recommendations.
• Conduct monthly EVM analysis, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), variance analysis, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) assessments.
• Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and risk management forums by providing schedule analysis, performance trends, and decision support.
• Develop and brief executive-level reports, dashboards, and recommendations to Program Office leadership regarding schedule performance, forecasted outcomes, and emerging risks.
