Role descriptionSenior SAP IBP Consultant (Onsite) Olyphant, PAJob DescriptionSAP IBP consultant is responsible for designing, optimizing, and transforming end-to-end Tactical and Operational Supply Chain Planning and Execution using SAP IBP Response and Supply Planning solution components. This role is responsible in ensuring the supply chain business processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with overall corporate objectives. He/ She should collaborate with SCM Business Process Architect, Experts, business stakeholders, IT teams, and supply chain operations, ensuring the organization's supply chain is future-ready, resilient, and competitive in a dynamic global marketplace.
Skills and Qualification- Min 12 years of SAP IBP Primary and APO secondary experience with at least 3 end to end implementation experience SAP IBP. SAP IBP certified is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
- Packaging, CPG Industry expertise is Preferred.
- Must have experience in Designing Solutions in Time series Supply Planning, SNP, Response and Supply Planning
- Good Knowledge in SAP IBP modules Demand Planning, SOP, Response and Supply Planning, Inventory Management Optimization, Supply Chain Control Tower
- Must have project experience in Order based planning includes Flexible Master Data, External Master data, Supply and Allocation Planning, Response planning, Deployment Planning, Transportation Planning, Transportation Load Building
- Must have good understanding on Time series-based supply planning and Order based planning includes Infinite, Finite Heuristics, Forecast Consumption and Supply Planning optimizer
- Ability to setup customize Planning area and its associated objects independently according to business need Must be well versed with setting up and maintaining Key figure calculations
- Must have experience in Model planning version Planning Calendars Advance Copy Operators, Forecasting models, Heuristics, Optimizer, Supply chain network.
- Well versed in Web based planning and Excel based planning
- Must be well versed with end-to-end business process covering Source IBP and Target systems
- Should have supported Production system in terms of handling issues change requests and upgrade related changes and validations
- Hands on experience in Realignment Projects Setting up Job templates Scheduling IBP Excel AddIn templates setup maintenance
- Experience in CPIDS, RTI Integration technologies and able to provide Functional Specification for any new data flow setup or changes
- Experience in working on WRICEF objects by collaborating with Technical team
- Good hands-on experience in ECC or S4HANA Logistics modules PP or SD or MM or TM is preferred.
- Either Project Experience or Good Process and integration knowledge in S/4HANA / APO Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling and aATP/GATP is Preferred
- Must have good communication skills Client facing experience and ability to talk in business language and understand business requirements
- Should be able to Provide end to end solution for supply chain planning and Execution in IBP able to do client workshops independently
- Working Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology projects.
