Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based solutions supporting lead management, enrollment journeys, and scheduling capabilities. This role involves owning the product backlog, driving prioritization decisions, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-impact user experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce expertise, product ownership experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Lead prioritization discussions, balancing scope, timelines, and business impact
  • Work hands-on within Salesforce to understand user journeys and improve user experience
  • Drive delivery of solutions related to lead management, enrollment, and scheduling workflows
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and solutions
  • Guide Agile teams through product development cycles and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs within Salesforce
  • Continuously evaluate and improve product performance and user engagement
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Experience/Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and Apex
  • Experience managing product backlogs in Agile environments
