Role Summary:

As a Rebuilds & Repairs Senior Sales Support Consultant with the Customer Solutions Core Region (CSCR), you will support and drive achievement of the North American Region aftermarket business plan by monitoring industry trends and generating go to market strategies and initiatives that contribute to both the short-term and long-term achievement of these plans.

Performance metrics & measures (may include but are not limited to): Rebuilds & Repairs aftermarket sales growth, sales funnel lead management, sales variance administration, safety, and professional development.

What You Will Do (Job Duties):

  • Serve as a market specialist and divisional expert for Construction Industries Rebuilds & Repairs.


  • Ensure alignment amongst the regional sales teams, product groups, districts, and dealers in developing and implementing aftermarket services and strategic plans.


  • Develop & deploy regional go-to-market business plan and sales variance strategies to capitalize on identified incremental sales opportunities.


  • Resolve issues related to the aftermarket services offerings and overall commercial performance in the territory; Oversees aftermarket Sales to Users (STU) trends, demand fluctuations, and critical customer requirements.


  • Provide coaching, training and mentorship for regional sales teams (internal and dealer) and Dealer Rebuilds & Repairs Aftermarket Growth Specialists to deliver customer-focused solutions.


  • Results will be evaluated through performance metrics & measures in areas such as rebuilds & repairs aftermarket sales growth, sales funnel lead management, sales variance administration, safety, professional development.

Value Selling: Demonstrates the value of products, technology, and services by connecting customer needs to solutions that deliver measurable benefits.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.


  • Experience working with Cat dealers or dealer-facing teams.


  • Progressive experience in product sales, aftermarket sales, technical support, and/or strategic project management.


  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members while supporting GTM planning and dealer/customer opportunities.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to translate needs into practical business solutions.
  • Ability to influence teams, lead change, and drive adoption of new solutions.
  • Demonstrated success improving customer outcomes and supporting business growth.


Additional Details:

  • Preferred location: Peoria, IL


  • Additional locations: Cary, NC, Dallas, TX, and Nashville, TN


  • Onsite requirement: 5 days per week


  • Travel: Up to 50% domestic


  • Candidates relocating to Peoria, IL are eligible for relocation assistance.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
