About the role:

We're looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to help drive operational excellence across our commercial organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems with data, and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes and enable sales success.

As a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership, you'll transform data into actionable insights, optimize sales processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adapt quickly as business priorities evolve.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Calculate and assign annual and periodic quota for field sales representatives; aligning with sales leadership, using data-driven methodologies to support equitable and effective quota allocation.
  • Analyze sales performance and key business metrics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical tools that enable timely, data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase operational efficiency and sales productivity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Commercial Enablement teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and appropriate use of sales data through rigorous quality control, documentation, and data governance practices.
  • Support territory planning, headcount management, account alignments and organizational planning.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and executive-level presentations.
  • Continuously evaluate systems, tools, and processes to recommend scalable improvements that support organizational growth.


Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, data science, economics, information systems, data analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Experience interpreting large datasets and communicating meaningful business insights.
  • Experience improving business processes through automation, technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
