Job Description

As the external face of Inspired Flight, the Senior Sales Executive owns and grows our most strategic accounts while opening new enterprise business in industrial infrastructure and precision agriculture. You'll inherit a book of direct customers and nationwide dealers that you'll be responsible for protecting and expanding that revenue. You'll also net-new deals that fuel our growth.

Our sales team is small and high performing; we operate as a team: reps back each other up and raise the bar on one another, creating healthy competition that gets the best out of everyone. This is a senior individual-contributor seat with high expectations and high autonomy.

Typical Responsibilities:
• Grow strategic accounts - become the trusted advisor to inherited direct customers
• Run the dealer channel - manage and grow nationwide dealer relationships, holding partners to growth targets.
• Hunt new business - source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise deals in industrial infrastructure and precision agriculture.
• Sell full-cycle - prospect, demo, quote, negotiate, and close.
• Forecast accurately - keep a clean pipeline in CRM and consistently exceed quota.
• Know the product - translate Inspired Flight's UAS platforms and payloads into clear customer outcomes.

You'll excel in this role if you have:
• 5+ years full-cycle, quota-carrying sales closing complex technical products to enterprise and/or government buyers, with a track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience in the commercial drone / UAS industry (or adjacent tech hardware or robotics) and an active network. Inspired Flight product experience is a plus, not required.
• Proven ability to both grow dealer relationships and hunt new business.
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills with senior buyers.
• Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
• Self-directed; thrives with autonomy in a small, high-accountability team.
• A Part 107 License, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to travel ~25%.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
