About the JobYour primary goal will be to develop relationships with professional investors and structure construction loans, acquisition and rehab loans for "fix and flip" investments, and secondarily DSCR loans buy and hold, multi family mixed use and commercial properties.
We need strong closers we have all the leads no cold calling.
Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess sales and real estate experience, with a strong interest and capability in converting inbound leads.
- You should have excellent sales and communication skills, the ability to connect with real estate investors, and assist throughout the loan origination process by establishing trust, demonstrating product expertise, providing responsive communication, and building lasting relationships.
- Experience in investment mortgage loan originations is preferred, though experience in general sales, lead conversion, and real estate (acquisitions, leasing, wholesaling, etc.) is also valuable.
