Job Description Summary:

ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing team. The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist role is essential in establishing the organization at the forefront of sales excellence. This role focuses on innovation and on enhancing sales teams' capabilities through a broad spectrum of training methods and enablement tools. Serving as a conduit and consultant, the Senior Sales Enablement Specialist ensures cohesive collaboration and alignment across various departments/functions/specialties. A critical aspect of this role involves measuring training and ensuring that sales enablement delivers clear value to the Sales organization. As a key driver of change, the Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is central to supporting sales reps in driving revenue, improving skills, and maintaining overall sales effectiveness.

Your Role:
  • Create ongoing learning and development plans for sales representatives and leaders. This includes identifying skill gaps, developing advanced training modules, and ensuring alignment with the full employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and refine comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members. This involves assessing training needs, creating content, and continuously iterating the program to ensure it aligns with the latest sales strategies and market trends.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement. This involves analyzing sales metrics, providing insights, and recommending strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of a comprehensive library of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and best practices, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively address sales team needs.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment. This includes participating in cross-departmental meetings and coordinating joint initiatives.
  • Optimize and conduct training sessions on key sales systems and tools, such as CRM platforms and CPQ software. This includes creating instructional content and leading hands-on training sessions
  • Act as a mentor to other sales enablement professionals, sharing expertise, insights, and best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales enablement team.
  • Assist in the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and take on additional projects as required, contributing to the overarching success of the sales enablement function
  • Support special projects and ad hoc requests related to sales operations


Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role within a SaaS company
  • Prior experience as a SaaS seller is highly preferred
  • CPLP/CPSC/ATD Certifications a plus
  • Strong operational understanding of the ADDIE model
  • Experience training/collaborating with SDRs/BDRS, Key/Strategic sales representatives, solution consultants, product marketing, sales operations, and product development roles
  • Familiarity with some/all of the following medical specialties: dermatology, plastic surgery, orthopedics, pain management, obgyn, ENT, Allergy, GI, Podiatry, Urology (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Office Suite
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce (add related tools)
  • Strong experience managing and building content in LMS (Docebo a plus)
  • Strong Video/Audio production and editing skills, experience doing podcast-style interviews
  • 15% required travel to various company locations or client sites
  • Requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate training sessions across different time zones
