Intègre les activités de prestation dans un programme harmonisé, transparent et fluide pour les clients, aligné selon les comptes assignés. Collabore avec l’équipe de gestion mondiale et les partenaires intégrés afin d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des initiatives et solutions stratégiques visant à développer les activités, renforcer les partenariats, consolider les relations globales et assurer la cohérence à l’échelle mondiale.


Fonctions essentielles
  • Gérer les interactions et les communications avec les clients pour les projets assignés. Représenter le service de sécurité tout au long du cycle de vie des produits dans le cadre des projets et agir à titre de principal point de contact au sein de cette fonction pour tous les clients internes et externes. Assurer la liaison entre les clients internes/externes et les équipes opérationnelles de sécurité.
  • Gérer les livrables destinés aux clients pour les projets assignés et assurer la continuité entre la conception et l’exécution des projets jusqu’à la livraison au client. Assurer le leadership opérationnel quotidien auprès du client au niveau du projet. Les responsabilités comprennent la planification du projet (échéanciers, livrables), la définition et la gestion de la portée du projet, la gestion de la qualité ainsi que la gestion financière du projet.
  • Gérer les finances des projets assignés. Assurer la mise à jour des systèmes financiers. Collaborer étroitement avec le gestionnaire en ce qui concerne la comptabilisation des revenus, la facturation, la révision des budgets de projet, l’analyse financière des projets, la gestion des demandes de changement et autres activités connexes.
  • Soutenir le démarrage de nouveaux projets en appliquant les procédures opérationnelles normalisées et les meilleures pratiques, notamment en identifiant les risques potentiels lors de la phase d’initiation et en mettant en œuvre des mesures d’atténuation afin d’assurer une prestation harmonieuse durant la phase de maintien.
  • Participer aux réunions avec les parties prenantes internes (membres des équipes de projet interfonctionnelles d’IQVIA) et externes (clients et/ou membres de groupes de supervision). Fournir des mises à jour sur l’état d’avancement des projets, définir les processus ainsi que les stratégies et plans de projet.
  • Contribuer aux audits et inspections, tant internes que chez les clients, pour les projets assignés. Collaborer avec les équipes et la direction de l’Assurance qualité dans l’élaboration des plans d’actions correctives.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction de la sécurité tout au long du cycle de vie des produits afin de résoudre les problématiques et répondre aux besoins des clients.

Qualifications
  • Baccalauréat en sciences de la santé ou dans un domaine connexe directement lié.
  • De 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans les activités de sécurité tout au long du cycle de vie des produits (pharmacovigilance, CEVA, information médicale, publication de données de sécurité, gestion des risques, etc.), combinée à une expérience en gestion de projets.
  • Connaissance des exigences réglementaires applicables à la recherche clinique aux niveaux mondial, régional et local, notamment les Bonnes pratiques cliniques (BPC/GCP), les lignes directrices de l’International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) ainsi que les procédures opérationnelles normalisées d’IQVIA.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en gestion des priorités, en planification et en organisation, notamment dans le respect d’échéances critiques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, incluant la capacité d’animer et de diriger des téléconférences.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome sur plusieurs projets simultanément et à gérer des priorités concurrentes.
  • Bonne compréhension des principes d’affaires, de l’analyse financière, de la planification tactique et de l’élaboration de budgets.

Job Overview
Responsible for management and service delivery excellence for assigned projects, covering single or multiple Lifecycle Safety functions (clinical trial and / or post-market). Provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing activities and oversight of operational service delivery, working cross-functionally and across the opportunity lifecycle, integrating delivery into one seamless and transparent program for customers, aligned by accounts. Collaborate with global management team and integrated partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives/solutions to expand business, partnership, strengthen overall relationship and ensure global consistency.

Essential Functions

  • Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects. Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects and serve as primary point of contact within Lifecycle Safety for all internal and external customers; liaise between internal/external customers and Lifecycle Safety Operational teams.
  • Manage customer deliverables for assigned projects and bring continuity to project design and delivery through customer delivery. Tactical, day-to-day customer-facing leadership at project level. Responsibilities include project planning (timelines, deliverables), defining project/scope management, quality management and project financial management.
  • Manage finances for assigned projects. Responsible for updating financial systems. Work closely with manager on revenue recognition, invoicing, project budget review, project financial analysis, pursuit of change orders, etc.
  • Support start-up of new projects using standard operating procedures and best practices, including identifying potential risks during project initiation and implementing mitigation measures to ensure seamless delivery at maintenance stage.
  • Attend meetings with internal (IQVIA cross functional project team members) and external (Customers and/or oversight group members) stakeholders. Provides project status updates, defines processes, project planning/strategy.
  • Contributes during client and internal audits and inspections for assigned projects. Liaise with Quality Assurance staff and management in the compilation of Corrective Action Plans.
  • Work closely with Lifecycle Safety management to address problem areas and customer needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Health science or other directly related field
  • 2-3 years' experience of Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, safety Publishing, Risk Management etc) with project management experience Req
  • Knowledge of applicable global, regional and local clinical research regulatory requirement; i.e. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, IQVIA Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strong prioritization (critical timelines), planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to work and lead teleconferences.
  • Independently work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
  • Possesses knowledge of business acumen and financial analytical skills, tactical planning, and budgeting.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,000.00 - $106,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and wellness and/or other benefits.
