Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer / Discipline Project Lead to lead roadway plan production while collaborating with Project Managers. This role focuses on managing technical scope, production, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as roadway discipline lead for ODOT, county, and municipal transportation projects
  • Lead roadway plan development and production efforts
  • Coordinate with bridge, drainage, traffic, and utility disciplines
  • Lead internal and external design coordination meetings
  • Provide mentoring and technical oversight to roadway staff
