SUMMARYThe Senior Risk Compliance Officer - BSA Systems develops, administers, and monitors anti-money laundering and BSA-related software programs to ensure the company's compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing bank operations, products, and services. The incumbent provides quality, accurate and timely information to internal BSA/AML management to ensure compliance risks are appropriately mitigated and adhere to rigorous standards of compliance with all regulatory processes. Must have experience with software tools and technologies used for data programming, analytics, and productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop, implement, and monitor risk-based anti-money laundering and BSA related software: system maintenance, upgrades, configuration, mapping, data quality, user access and system tuning.
- Possesses holistic knowledge of BSA/AML systems, covering data ingestion through output artifacts (alerts, cases, reporting, dashboards).
- Research, analyze, and develop recommendations for implementation of system updates/changes.
- Review and analyze operating systems and software frequently to keep them running at optimal levels.
- Resolves technology issues through software performance testing and implementation.
- Builds and utilizes computer-assisted software tools to automate processes/procedures.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for anti-money laundering software and corresponding databases.
- Gathers information utilized by BSA/AML management regarding clients, transactions and software.
- Assists with responding to regulator and internal audit data requests.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
- Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to analyze, write, test, and maintain complex code in various programming languages.
- Ability to find and fix errors in programs, systems and software.
