Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and social media in partnership with retail customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Build, scale, and optimize paid search and programmatic campaigns to drive performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and monthly sales targets, while leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for audience development and full-funnel optimization
  • Analyze campaign data and implement recommendations through continuous testing, auditing, and optimization of search and DSP campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Create and deliver strategic insights through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance reports, and actionable recommendations that inform client outcomes and internal decision-making
  • Manage large, complex media budgets across multiple channels and promotional calendars, including major events like Prime Day, while ensuring timely content delivery and implementation
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, internal teams, and retail advertising teams to execute unified strategies and serve as the internal and external media expert
  • Provide operational support including monthly billing, reporting, and customer service coordination as required

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing full-funnel retail media campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Google/Youtube Ads, and Amazon DSP
  • Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP) and Google Ads certifications required
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to answer core business questions beyond media performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), including audience creation and query development
  • Experience supporting haircare and beauty brands preferred
  • Proficiency in various retail advertising platforms including but not limited to Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP), Google Ads, Meta Platforms, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced digital environment

The salary rangefor this role is $90,000.00 and $125,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended tocomply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
