Job DescriptionThe Requirements Analyst will establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the System.
The work:- Document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable, and establish requirements baseline for each release.
- Manage requirements changes through a formal control process, create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation, and generate requirements status reports for program management.
- Develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes, train team members on requirements best practices, and ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints.
Must have:- Candidates must meet one of the following three areas:
- Advanced Degree:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Equivalent Training:Completion of one of the following accepted training programs:
- 4-11-C22 (CP)
- 4-11-C23
- Systems Requirements Planner (Advanced) Playlist
- Professional Certification:Holding one of these certifications:
- SecurityX / CASP+
- GCSA
- GSLC
- 8 years of experience eliciting, managing, and documenting requirements for large technical programs.
- Familiar with traceability, testability, and change control
Security Clearance:- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
