Senior Relationship Manager, Institutional Asset Owners
Summary
The Senior Relationship Manager manages complex master trust and custody client relationships and serves as a senior consultant across trust, asset servicing, client delivery, and relationship management.
This position partners with clients and internal teams to identify needs, recommend solutions, resolve issues, drive business growth, and deliver high quality service.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Leads the delivery of master trust and custody services by analyzing client needs, recommending improvements, and assessing the impact of new or expanded financial services.
Serves as a key consultant to senior client contacts, supporting policy recommendations, process redesign, and complex problem solving.
Facilitates planning sessions to develop solutions that address client needs and strengthen relationships.
Ensures client satisfaction by coordinating service team resources, driving timely issue resolution, and communicating client needs to internal partners.
Advises clients on emerging issues, regulatory and tax changes, and broader financial market considerations that may affect their activities.
Identifies opportunities to expand bank products and services, coordinates presentations with subject matter experts, and supports the smooth delivery of new services.
Manages client profitability by understanding the competitive environment, identifying opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and partnering with the team to improve profitability.
Recommends new services and products with awareness of broader organizational impact.
Qualifications and Experience
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
10 to 15 years of experience in financial servicing, including at least 5 years in trust and asset services.
Knowledge of trust and asset services, including business segment specific issues.
Knowledge of general finance and portfolio management concepts.
Strong negotiation, leadership, delegation, and sales skills.

Salary Range:
$95,600 - 162,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
