Senior Relationship Consulting Manager, Global Trade Management
Overview
Baker Tilly is seeking aSenior Managerto join our Global Trade & Customs practice in a newly created, high-impact role focused onproject oversight, client engagement, and resource optimization. This position will serve as a centralized leader across active engagements, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with the highest level of quality.
This role combinesprogram-level project management, consultantutilizationoversight, and client-facing advisory support, enabling scalable growth of the Global Trade practice while enhancing the client experience and reducing delivery risk.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Portfolio Oversight
Provide centralized oversight of all active Global Trade & Customs engagements, ensuring projectsremainon track with scope, timeline, and budget
Establish andmaintainproject management standards, tools, and reporting frameworks across the practice
Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks
Drive consistency in delivery execution and promote best practices across engagement teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution
Resource & Utilization Management
Manage consultantutilizationacross a growing and complex portfolio of work
Partner with leadership to align staffing with project needs, deadlines, and skillsets
Identifycapacity constraints, resource gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency
Develop actionable reporting onutilization, forecasting, and capacity planning
Client Engagement & Advisory Support
Serve as a key client-facing contact supporting engagement teams
Assistclients in navigating customs portals, processes, and procedural requirements
Respond to client inquiries by coordinating with technical specialists and conducting targeted research
Help translate complex customs and trade requirements into clear, actionable guidance for clients
Support strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery

The US National pay rate range for this job position is $179,850-$340,970. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety ofrelevant factors including but not limited to applicants skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees,professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers acomprehensiveto eligible employees.
