Recruitment activities may include advertising, interviewing, selecting candidates, negotiating employment offers, and relocation.
This role in summaryWe are hiring an experienced Recruiter to support professional-level roles in the organization. In this role, you will work closely with our Hiring Leaders to understand their talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and execute the recruiting initiatives required to fill open roles across multiple business functions. You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our leaders. You will provide critical input on all facets of the TA process, including marketplace data, job offer structure and negotiation, and closing candidates. You will also serve as the TA subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other process stakeholders.
Minimum requirements- 3 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting professional-level roles across multiple business functions
- 1 or more years of solid sourcing experience (sourcing certifications are a plus)
- Expertise in using modern recruitment tools including CRM and ATS systems
- Experience in partnering with and advising hiring managers through the TA project lifecycle
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred skills and experiences- Experience recruiting for role in large organizations
