What You Will Do:Pratt & Whitney's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a
Senior Recruiter to lead the recruitment of top talent across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a seasoned talent advisor, applying advanced recruiting expertise, labor market insights, and consultative skills to guide hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders. You will take ownership of full life-cycle recruiting across your requisitions, shape talent strategy through data and market intelligence, and build and maintain critical-skill pipelines that support long-term organizational needs and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead full life-cycle recruiting across a wide range of requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, evaluating and refining sourcing strategies and selection practices
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical-skill roles through ongoing sourcing and candidate engagement
- Actively source candidates for assigned requisitions using Yello and other enterprise tools; manage candidates through all stages of the hiring process
- Apply labor-market intelligence and recruiting data to inform hiring strategies and influence stakeholder decision-making
- Review candidate credentials and ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal guidelines
- Utilize a variety of Talent Acquisition Tools & systems (e.g. Workday, Yello) to manage candidate flow, maintain documentation, and support compliance requirements
- Partner on cross-functional efforts and contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvements
- Mentor TA colleagues on sourcing techniques, compliance expectations, and effective use of recruiting tools
- Manage competing priorities with autonomy while maintaining urgency on time-sensitive hiring needs
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master's Degree with 3 years of experience. In lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 9 years of experience is required
- Experience in recruiting or Human Resources with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting
Qualifications We Prefer:- Current or prior experience recruiting for Pratt & Whitney or RTX
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, including proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean logic and targeted outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to advise and influence leaders across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Workday and Yello for candidate management and workflow tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
