Full Job Description
Senior Recruiter - Adult Residential Services

Status: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
Reports To: Vice President of AMFM
Location: This is a hybrid position, remote work with approximately four recruiting trips annually

What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions across multiple regions.
  • Proactively source and engage top active and passive candidates.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP Recruiting, networking, referrals, schools, and professional organizations to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Screen candidates, identify top talent, and coordinate an efficient interview process.
  • Ensure job postings are accurate, engaging, and reaching the right candidates.
  • Monitor applicant activity and quickly develop solutions for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ADP.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-quality professionals for future opportunities.
  • Partner directly with the Vice President of AMFM to anticipate and prioritize staffing needs.

What You Bring
  • Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, business development, or related experience.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant-tracking systems, and candidate-sourcing platforms.
  • Advanced ADP Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting clinical, professional, specialized, or leadership positions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • A proactive mindset, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to an excellent candidate experience.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional recruiting events.
