In this role, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver best-in-class recruitment strategies across a variety of functions and levels. As a trusted talent advisor, you will lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract exceptional candidates.

100% onsite at our head office in
Bolton, Ontario.
Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of critical roles across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent through a combination of direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and traditional recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights and strategic guidance to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and global counterparts to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and community outreach activities.
- Deliver recruitment-related training and support special HR and Talent Acquisition projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience - 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and recruitment experience.
- Experience in both Corporate and Agency recruiting environments is preferred.
- Proven success recruiting senior-level talent through direct sourcing and proactive outreach.
- Experience recruiting across Canada and the United States; global recruitment experience is an asset.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interviewing skills.
- Comfortable recruiting a broad range of roles, from Manufacturing and Operations through to Executive leadership levels.
- Passion for innovative sourcing methods, AI-enabled recruiting, and emerging talent trends.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Oracle HCM is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Related post-secondary education.
- Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment and community engagement events.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000
