Senior Recruiter

At Husky Technologies, our people drive our success. We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent that will support our growth and innovation.

In this role, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver best-in-class recruitment strategies across a variety of functions and levels. As a trusted talent advisor, you will lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract exceptional candidates.

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position based 100% onsite at our head office in Bolton, Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of critical roles across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent through a combination of direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and traditional recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights and strategic guidance to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and global counterparts to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and community outreach activities.
  • Deliver recruitment-related training and support special HR and Talent Acquisition projects as required.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and recruitment experience.
  • Experience in both Corporate and Agency recruiting environments is preferred.
  • Proven success recruiting senior-level talent through direct sourcing and proactive outreach.
  • Experience recruiting across Canada and the United States; global recruitment experience is an asset.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interviewing skills.
  • Comfortable recruiting a broad range of roles, from Manufacturing and Operations through to Executive leadership levels.
  • Passion for innovative sourcing methods, AI-enabled recruiting, and emerging talent trends.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Oracle HCM is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Related post-secondary education.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment and community engagement events.
