React.js DeveloperAbout the roleAs a
React.js Developer, you will make an impact by building responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications that deliver intuitive user experiences. You will be a valued member of the application development team and collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform business and design requirements into reliable front-end solutions.

- Build reusable React components and front-end libraries that support consistency, scalability, and future development.
- Translate designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and supporting services.
- Optimize application components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and modern browsers.

What you need to have to be considered- Proficiency in React.js and a strong understanding of its core principles, component architecture, and reusable development patterns.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing web applications using React and popular state-management workflows such as Redux.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of front-end build tools, development pipelines, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
These will help you stand out- Experience working with GraphQL in production web applications.
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JSON Web Tokens.
- Experience designing or maintaining reusable front-end component libraries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot front-end performance or integration challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

CompensationThe annual salary for this position ranges from
$120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.
