Job DescriptionSt. Joseph Hospital Eureka is offering a 30K extended bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Responsible for assisting the manager by ensuring adequate flow of patient care through the Radiation Oncology department. Identifies and solves patient problems, contributes to department specific performance improvement. This position requires the ability to interact with other departments within the Cancer Center, Hospital and Medical Community. Collaborates with others and seeks direction from lead or others as needed. Assumes complete responsibility and accountability with little supervision required.
Required Qualifications:- Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification OR Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification.
- Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy.
- 2 years Radiation Therapist experience in a clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications:- 2 years' experience in a fast paced Radiation Oncology department.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
