  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of Document Management System.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met across all departments; lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in preparation for external audits to maintain compliance certifications.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Senior QMS Engineer for our new factory in Columbus, Ohio. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. The Senior QMS Engineer will play a key role in managing the organization's document management and approval control program, working cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure that documents are properly monitored, documented, formally approved, and periodically reviewed.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize Quality Management System processes in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Manages Document Control Program; ensures proper monitoring and control of all types of policies, procedures, forms, and records within the organization.
