Using the Internet of Things (IoT) and connected manufacturing principles, International's newest manufacturing facility will continue growing our market share gains, optimizing our supplier network and improving quality.

• Designs, implements and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
• Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.
• Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products.
• Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
• May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to quality personnel and cross-functional teams by serving as a subject matter expert on quality systems, manufacturing processes, problem-solving methodologies, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supports the overall Quality Department by mentoring team members, developing and delivering training, facilitating root cause investigations, standardizing best practices, and promoting knowledge transfer to strengthen organizational capability and quality performance.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams on quality-related issues, risk mitigation, corrective actions, and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience

OR

• Master's degree and no experience

OR

• At least 3 years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

• Ability to interrupt GDT & Blueprints
• Previous Manufacturing Experience
• Proficiency with Quality tools (Problem solving, ie:8D, SPC, Statistical analysis, Quality systems and standards)
• Ability to communicate across organizations and levels
• Strong Cross Collaboration skills
• Ability to handle and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
• Self-Starter, capable of handling complex problems
• Experience with Quality Data entry and reporting systems, to include maintaining system on a go-forward basis
• Experience with developing and maintaining KPI tracking reports
• Strong follow up skills regarding corrective actions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Power Bi
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic SQL knowledge a plus
