Job/Position SummaryResponsibilities:- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and web applications using Flask.
- Apply OOP principles, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices to build maintainable solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture and solution design.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, well-documented, and testable code.
- Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices and development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience developing web applications and REST APIs using Flask.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Clean Code Practices, Software Design & Architecture, Unit Testing, and Debugging.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub and version control best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Automotive software development
- Experience with GCP services like Cloud Run, Cloud Schedduler, Cloud Triggers
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging services.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
