Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience in Scheduling
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling
• General knowledge of construction principles and field operations, with ability to read plans
• Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6
• Experience scheduling in Design/Build or IPD environments, including creating 4-D simulations
• Familiarity with delay claims, time extension requests, and schedule analysis
• Ability to lead planning exercises and motivate teams effectively

Responsibilities

• Communicate with field staff, scheduling consultants, and clients to ensure accurate schedule updates
• Meet with subcontractors to develop baseline schedules and monthly updates
• Identify significant schedule risks and communicate them to relevant personnel
• Apply Earned Value Management principles to develop Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules
• Evaluate project performance using EVMS by analyzing variances from the baseline
• Forecast impacts of schedule variances to aid management
• Monitor schedule performance and update using Primavera P6 software
